WELCOME

It's my pleasure to capture memories of you and your loved ones. My goal is to offer a beautiful set of photographs that will bring joy for a lifetime and leave a legacy of love and hope for future generations. You can expect photo shoots with me to be casual, personal, affordable, and tailored to your special needs. I will do everything in my power to make each photo shoot as comfortable and as and enjoyable as possible.

WEATHER

Outdoor photo shoots are weather permitting. If we schedule photos and the weather looks rainy, uncomfortably cold, snowy, or unusually foggy the day of the shoot, we will determine a mutually agreed upon date to reschedule.

LOCATION

All photo shoots are on location at an agreed upon outdoor destination, or in the comfort of your home. I'm willing to photograph anywhere within reasonable driving distance of my home. When you contact me to schedule, please include your location so I can determine the feasibility of a shoot.

A FEW OF MY FAVORITE LOCATIONS

I am new to the Nashville area, so until I build up a repertoire of awesome outdoor locations, please ask around and be prepared to send me a couple different location options that I can go check out for our shoot! 

WHAT TO WEAR

My recommendation for what to wear is to simply be yourself. Wear something you feel comfortable in, something you feel beautiful in, something that represents you and your personal style. Anything that's hip and colorful, natural and neutral, cozy and comfy will work! Be fun. Be classy. Be wacky. I want to capture the most authentic version of YOU. So whoever you are, rock that style! 

PAYMENT

Payment should be made and paid in full immediately following our photo shoot. You can pay with CASH or CHECK, but the most preferred method of payment is for me to send you an INVOICE via email which you can pay with credit card. 

PROCESS

During our shoot, I take as many photographs as I'm able. After the shoot, I spend quite a bit of time culling through the collection of raw photographs. In other words, I go through ALL the photographs I took - usually three times through - and select ONLY the very best to bring to professional editing. Please note that the number of photos I professionally edit depends on the package you selected. Once I have professionally edited all the very best photographs from your session, I upload them to a photo sharing site. You will receive a link to your collection along with two passwords; there you will be able to download your edited photos. You have full rights to use and print your edited photographs however you wish! The typical timeline for receipt of your final edited photos is 3-4 weeks from the date of your shoot, but turnaround time can range anywhere from 1-6 weeks depending on time of year and how many photo shoots I have in line to edit before you.

MY PROMISE

I've been taking photographs for 37 years. In fact, it's the only thing I've done my whole life without fail. I've owned two dream cameras for nine years and am in my ninth year of professional photography. I don't promise perfection or high-end portraiture. What I do promise is heart, hard work, a knack for quickly developing rapport with you and your family, and a bunch of photographs I hope and pray you'll treasure for a lifetime!
